Spaghetti Bacon Carbonara

Ingredients

1 lb Spaghetti
2 Lrg Eggs
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan
1/4 cup diced bacon
4 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper
2 Tbsp parsley

Directions

Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook the pasta by the directions on the package.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and parmesan

Drain, spaghetti while reserving a little bit of the water.

In a large skillet or a wok, add some olive oil and garlic and heat until fragrant. add bacon and spagetti then give a quick stir.

Quickly stir in the pasta and egg mixture. Add parsley, salt and pepper and toss to combine.

Add a little of the reserved water (1 tbsp at a time) until it reaches desired consistency.
