Spaghetti and meat sauce


1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 cup celery, diced 2 garlic cloves
6 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
20 oz can tomato sauce
2 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp crushed red peppers

shredded parmesan
fresh basil


Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook the pasta by the directions on the package, timing it to be finished about the time the sauce is done.

Add ground beef to a large skillet or wok and start it browning, add onion, bell pepper and celery, mushrooms and garlic and cook until everything is cooked.

Add the tomoato sauce, italian seasoning and bring it to a boil. Reduce do a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally

Serve and top with some fresh basil and parmesan.
